"For the first time in a long time we’re actually investing in America.”。     　　今年暑期，夜间经济业态向县域乡村游下沉，乡村游目的地备受青睐，乡村节事活动、研学活动热度颇高。从暑期山东文旅市场来看，乡村游潜力几何?卖点在哪?又该如何破局?记者进行了走访调查。　　有流量也要有招牌产品      　　“这个灯光可太漂亮了，埃及花纹、中东陶土，特别像电影《寻梦环游记》里亡灵世界的场景。”8月22日，大学生沈风霖和朋友打卡了淄博乡村版“一千零一夜”，“我们在奇遇墟异域柿集逛了一圈，这里有漆扇、面部彩绘和拼豆，还看了鳌鱼鱼灯，没白来!”      　　暑期，红叶柿岩旅游区日均客流约1万人次，周末则达2万人次，民宿预订量大幅提升。

二 | 这个乡村旅游景区，一直以来运用的都是“长期核心产品+限定主题活动”的运营思路。记者了解到，该景区的核心实景演艺《奇幻聊斋》，以当地文化IP《聊斋志异》为基础融合地域文化创新改编，暑期满座场次超20场。同时景区还会根据不同季节策划秋季晒秋、跨年灯会、春季云端花海等快闪活动，增强话题流量吸引力。     　　山东大学管理学院教授、山东大学旅游产业研究院执行院长孙平表示，这种快闪类短期场景营造，作为一种新玩法供给，属于制造“稀缺感”的引流方式。乡村游产品应分体系运营：场景和玩法需要根据热点和季节不断迭代，但基于在地文化挖掘的核心产品永远是景区最具竞争力的部分。“有流量，但也应有招牌产品。”      　　在“玩流量”这一块，峪见·自然里营地负责人刘金钢有一套自己的心得。这片位于安丘市辉渠镇小麦峪村的乡村游营地，今夏长期在社交媒体的当地人气景点榜单中霸榜，每天接待游客过万人次。刘金钢表示，他没有花钱做过推广，流量均来自顾客的自发传播。     　　这片营地依山傍水，改造前却是一片荒凉的空地。基于“重运营、轻建设”的理念，刘金钢在“融入自然、不破坏自然”的前提下将场景进行了微改造，尽可能给游客营造出自然森系的治愈感。     　　“我们回头客很多，客源以寿光、诸城等周边县级市为主，青岛、日照、济宁等地也有不少游客专程前来。”他告诉记者，营地会结合网络热点策划主题活动，但最主要的还是靠体验和服务换来顾客好评。　　量体裁衣，挖掘独特“家底”      　　“前些日子，咱给队伍送去了500双军鞋、1000斤煎饼，还有2000斤草料，部队首长都表扬咱了。”8月19日，红嫂故事情景小剧《妇救会》正在沂南县马牧池乡常山庄村上演，剧情感染着每一位在场游客。“小剧让我沉浸式感受到了什么是‘沂蒙精神’。

三 | ”徐州游客单艳芳说。     　　位于常山庄村的红嫂家乡旅游区，通过做活红色文化让古村落吃上了“旅游饭”。近年来，该景区打造了《跟着共产党走》等14个沉浸式情景小院剧，推出大型行进式体验节目《重走支前路》并迅速火遍全网。此外，影视产业也成为常山庄村重要增收渠道。这个被称为“山村好莱坞”的村庄至今已拍摄了《生万物》等500多部影视剧，“跟着影视游古村”活动吸引了来自全国各地的影迷和游客。

四 |      　　据红嫂家乡旅游区景区总经理袁丰坤介绍，暑期以来景区游客人数达6.5万人次，较去年同期增长36%，营业收入增长35%。     　　在文旅赛道，常山庄村找准了自己的路子。但全省范围内仍存在乡村游目的地同质化严重、文化挖掘不够深的问题。     　　对此孙平建议要“量体裁衣”，即每个乡村应根据自身禀赋进行调整，不能简单复刻。“其中的灵魂一定是自己本土的东西，要让来人听到村子的故事，感受石头砖瓦和房屋的历史。”孙平表示，“这需要盘点自己的家底，找到独特性，实现从静态保护向活态运营的转变。

五 | ”      　　关于“家底”，沂源县张家坡镇阳三峪村则找准了伏暑天食羊汤的“伏羊”习俗做文章。前不久，在该村举办的第十四届山东省伏羊文化节上，除了热气腾腾的百桌伏羊宴、斗羊表演、伏羊祈福民俗，还有非遗文创、农产品展销、篝火晚会等。两天时间，活动引客约1.6万人次。

六 |      　　阳三峪村党支部书记田月水介绍，第一届伏羊文化节成功举办后，大家都主动来参加。“如今，我们还要筛选资质，产品不好的不能参加。”　　最大的难题是缺人才      　　“同学们，在抗日战争时期，中共泰西情报站分站就在吕仙村，为我军收集传递了各类有价值的情报。”近日，在肥城市湖屯镇吕仙村，新开发的红色研学课程落地运营，孩子们走进情报站旧址和抗战地道，体验情报传送的过程，感受革命战争年代的情报工作场景。     　　今年上半年，山东大学“三零小院”乡村实践团队以“山东红色情报站”为线索，将吕仙村承载的革命记忆设计成可参与、可触摸的研学课程。但如何实现“从0到1”的落地转化，当地却在“人”的问题上犯了难。     　　“一场研学需要约10名工作人员，分别负责授课、辅助、秩序维护。但村里常住人口多是60岁以上的老人，年轻力量比较紧缺。

七 | ”肥城市文化和旅游局党组书记、局长乔岩坦言。面对“人才鸿沟”，当地主动破局：请来隔壁村有旅游运营经验的支部书记临时“掌舵”;联动团委“青鸟计划”，招募返乡大学生担任志愿者。多方合力，研学项目顺利落地。     　　“乡村旅游最大的难题是‘人才荒’。

八 | ”孙平表示，人才是制约乡村游从“有资源”走向“有产品”的关键瓶颈。     　　为此，山东实施“齐鲁乡艺”人才振兴行动，用“赋智结对”的形式，选派高校艺术专业教师与非遗代表性传承人组成团队，驻村开展“带徒传艺+项目开发”。同时鼓励各类返乡文艺人才创新创业，支持其参与艺术乡建项目开发和乡村旅游业态运营。     　　红叶柿岩旅游区“一千零一夜”主题场景。
